Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at:

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at castlerat.backerkit.com/faq.

Loyal Warriors! Castle Rat LP2 is well underway. Today we catch up with Franco, The Count as he shares his gear setup. 

Surveys are scheduled to come out via BackerKit at the end of the month. In that survey, you will be asked questions about the rewards you will receive, shirt sizes, ring sizes, etc. Please fill the survey out promptly and we will start shipping products as they are created.

The mystical beasts roaming our sophomore album have begun to take shape. Drums thunder like dragon heartbeats, guitars weave unicorn magic, and vocals summon phoenix fire. 

Randall's guidance has unleashed our darkest, most majestic soundscapes yet – pushing us deeper into the heart of our mystical realm. We're ecstatic to share this evolution with you... Next Stop: overdubs and incantations.

Thank you for making our project a reality! At 915%, we are shocked, stunned and grateful beyond words. We are entering the studio as we speak and look forward to sharing behind the scenes content with you directly on Kickstarter. 

A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.

Here's a quick rundown:

First Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).

Second, we have to find out specific details for your rewards and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.

We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.     

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

Answering your survey helps us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.
