The new album will soon enter the mixing phase. It sounds incredible, more epic than we could have imagined. Thanks for your massive support in making this dream a reality.
A note about the fulfillment of orders:
Fulfillment for shirts, posters, flags, patches, sweatshirts has begun! This process will take many weeks to get through, but we are working on it full time! We are working 8-10 hours every day until all orders are shipped. (The obvious exception is CDs and vinyl, as those will ship the week of release.)
Rings are custom-made to size and take additional time to create. They will ship out directly from the Rat Queen herself.
International orders containing pins or patches paired with a CD or record will not ship until the release date. If you ordered larger items like shirts, posters, or sweatshirts, they will ship separately and as soon as possible.

Fulfillment update: The liquid-filled versions of Into The Realm arrived yesterday! They are beautiful. We will prep them for shipping as soon as possible. We also received all the blacklight posters and are packing them today and tomorrow.

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

Wow! The response to the Backerkit surveys has been overwhelmingly positive! Thank you to all who completed the study right away! Currently, 64% of you have finished the survey in less than 24 hours! We need to get that percentage up to 90% and then we start shipping orders as the product comes into our workshop. Our first round of shipping is planned for the 2nd week of February. The first orders going out will be blacklight posters, flags, and mini-swords. Then we will move into size-variant products in March and April.
